On December 8, 2019, CCTV's News Broadcast launched its series report [High-Quality Development Research Tour], with the inaugural episode focusing on Chengdu. As a representative enterprise in Chengdu's Electronic Information Industry Functional Zone, Ms. Qing Xiao, Executive Deputy General Manager of Newway Photomask Making, was invited for an exclusive interview with CCTV.

On November 21, a delegation of over 50 members led by Mr. Ji Zhou, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Yichang Municipal Party Committee, conducted a research tour on the development of Chengdu's electronic information industry, accompanied by Mr. Cunhao Fang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Chengdu Municipal Party Committee and Party Working Committee Secretary of the Hi-tech Zone. As a crucial upstream materials supplier within Chengdu's electronic information industry ecosystem, Chengdu Newway Photomask Making was included as a stop on this inspection tour.

On June 14, 2019, the discussion meeting for three national standards, including the "Specifications for Effective Area of Flat Panel Display Photomasks" (hereinafter referred to as the "Standards"), was held in Chengdu, Sichuan. The event was organized by the National Technical Committee for Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Standardization and hosted by Newway Photomask Making. Leaders from the National Technical Committee and industry expert representatives gathered to discuss relevant specifications and standards for the photomask industry.

On May 29, the "2019 Cross-Strait (Chengdu) New Display Industry Summit Forum & First Chengdu New Display Cooperation Negotiation Meeting" opened in Chengdu. As a key material manufacturer in the flat-panel display industry chain, Newway Photomask Making was invited to participate in this event.

To further standardize production operational procedures, effectively control risks, and establish a model for standardized operations and management, the company initiated the implementation of the ISO9001 Quality Management System starting from the end of 2018. Through the continuous efforts of all employees, the company successfully passed the certification and audit for the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System and obtained the SGS certification certificate on May 29, 2019.

On the afternoon of May 16, a delegation led by Mr. Zi Liu, Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Banking Department at Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) Headquarters, visited Chengdu Newway Photomask Making Co., Ltd. They were accompanied by representatives from ABC's Sichuan Provincial Branch and local sub-branches.

On the afternoon of April 15, 2019, a delegation led by Mr. Chaoyin Yin, Director of the Reform and Innovation Bureau and the Economic and Safety Supervision Bureau of Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, conducted a research visit to Chengdu Newway Photomask Making Co., Ltd. The delegation included representatives from the Comprehensive Office, Development and Reform Office, Planning Management Office, Planning Formulation Office, and Key Projects Office of the Reform and Innovation Bureau. The research team focused on understanding the construction progress of the G11 photomask project.

On the morning of February 21, a delegation including Mr. Zhou Che, Deputy Director of the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology; Ms. Huang Qing, Investigator from the New Display Industry Division; and Mr. Deng Min, Deputy Director of the General Electronics Industry Division, visited Chengdu Newway Photomask Making Co., Ltd. to conduct research on the company's high-generation photomask project. They were received by Mr. Junrong Chen, Assistant General Manager, and Mr. Wei Fang, Administration Manager of Chengdu Newway Photomask Making.
